After replacing the defective power unit and module on the network device, we can now confirm that all services have been restored.

We are seeing a restoration of services to most customers.
Less than 10 services remain to be restored.
We are expecting to have the remaining services restored soon too.

We are now seeing partial restoration of services from the affected PoP site.
Engineers have replaced a faulty power unit and reloaded the network device.
A faulty module on the network device was discovered during the investigations.
Field Engineers along with our Infrastructure team and working on replacing the affected module to restore the remaining services.

After performing initial diagnostics, we have determined a local issue with the core routing hardware onsite.
We have now escalated this incident to our infrastructure team who will be coordinating the incident resolution works.
